1. Promoter and acceptance

1.1The Promoter is Plumbline Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 58 680 125 884) of 597 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (Promoter, we, us).

1.2These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the Plumbline $20K Bathroom Giveaway (Promotion). Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms.

1.3By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms are invalid.

1.4The Promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and Gambling Regulations 2015 (Vic). No permit is required in Victoria.

1.5The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release those platforms from all liability in connection with the Promotion.

2. Eligibility

2.1Entry is open only to individuals who are residents of Victoria, Australia, and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry (Entrants).

2.2Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, its retail partners and agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, de facto partner, ex-spouse, parent, child, sibling (whether natural or by adoption), step-parent, step-child or step-sibling.

2.3Entry is for residential use only. Trade buyers, builders, plumbers, architects and designers entering on behalf of a client or business are ineligible.

2.4The Promoter may request proof of identity, age and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the time requested may result in disqualification.

3. Promotional period and how to enter

3.1The Promotion opens at 12.01am AEDT on Monday 12 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026 (Promotional Period). All times are Melbourne time.

3.2Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Entrants are responsible for any costs of internet access.

3.3Standard entry. To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit plumbline.com/au/bathroom-giveaway, complete the online entry form with all requested details, and agree to these Terms. Each valid form entry receives one (1) entry into the draw.

3.4Bonus entries. An Entrant who has submitted a valid entry under clause 3.3 and then attends an in-person design consultation at the Plumbline showroom, 597 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, during the Promotional Period will receive five (5) bonus entries into the draw, for a maximum of six (6) entries in total.

3.5Consultations are by appointment and subject to availability. A consultation is counted as attended only when the Entrant attends in person and the consultation is recorded by Plumbline staff. Consultations must be attended by 11.59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 for bonus entries to count. The Promoter is not responsible if an Entrant cannot secure a consultation time within the Promotional Period.

3.6Attending a consultation does not oblige an Entrant to purchase any product. Bonus entries are not conditional on any purchase.

3.7Each Entrant may submit only one (1) form entry and receive bonus entries for only one (1) consultation. Multiple form entries, or entries made using multiple email addresses or mobile numbers, will be disqualified.

3.8Entries must be made personally by the Entrant. Entries made using automated software, bulk entry services or any other means that undermines the fair operation of the Promotion are invalid.

3.9Entries are deemed received at the time they are received into the Promoter's database, not the time of submission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical failure.

4. Prize

4.1There is one (1) prize: Plumbline bathware products to a total recommended retail value of up to AUD $19,500 (including GST), selected by the winner from the Promoter’s current Australian product range, plus a freight allowance of AUD $500 (including GST) (together, the Prize). The total prize pool is AUD $20,000 (RRP, including GST).

4.2Prize value is based on the Promoter's recommended retail prices at the time of selection. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in value.

4.3Before the Prize is applied, the winner must complete a design consultation with the Plumbline team, in person at the Richmond showroom or by another method agreed by the Promoter, if they have not already done so. Product selections are confirmed in writing by the Promoter.

4.4The Prize must be selected and ordered by 11.59pm AEST on 30 June 2027. Any part of the Prize not selected by that date, and any unused balance of the $20,000 value, is forfeited and will not be awarded in cash or credit.

4.5The Prize is for residential use at a single nominated property in Victoria. Products will be delivered to one address in Victoria, at a time agreed between the Promoter and the winner. Any unused portion of the freight allowance is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or additional products.

4.6The Prize includes product only. Installation, plumbing, building work, removal of existing fixtures, compliance certification, and any other costs associated with using the Prize are the winner's responsibility.

4.7Products are subject to availability and lead times. Made-to-order items may have extended lead times. If a selected product becomes unavailable, the winner may choose an alternative of equal or lesser value.

4.8Products carry the Promoter's standard warranty, provided they are installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the Promoter's installation instructions.

4.9The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

5. Draw, winner notification and unclaimed prize

5.1The draw will take place at 12.00pm AEDT on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at 597 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received, with each Entrant's chance weighted by the number of entries they hold under clauses 3.3 and 3.4.

5.2The first valid entry drawn wins the Prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's name (first initial, surname and suburb) will be published at plumbline.com/au/bathroom-giveaway by Wednesday 9 December 2026.

5.4To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to the notification and provide any requested proof of identity, age and residency by 11.59pm AEDT on Tuesday 2 February 2027.

5.5If the Prize is unclaimed by that time, or the winner is ineligible or disqualified, the Prize will be redrawn at 12.00pm AEDT on Wednesday 3 February 2027 at the same location, from the remaining valid entries. The redraw winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days, and published at plumbline.com/au/bathroom-giveaway by Wednesday 10 February 2027. Clauses 4.4 and 5.4 apply to the redraw winner with any reasonable adjustment to timing agreed by the Promoter.

5.6The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot be contacted because of incorrect or outdated details provided at entry.

6. General conditions

6.1The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or acts in a manner that is unlawful, disruptive or contrary to these Terms.

6.2If the Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or unauthorised intervention, the Promoter may, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion.

6.3Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies an Entrant may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot be excluded.

6.4To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6.5The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity, including photography or filming of their project, subject to their consent. The Promoter will not publish the winner's address.

6.6The winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from the Prize and should seek independent financial advice.

6.7These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

7. Privacy

7.1The Promoter collects Entrants' personal information to conduct the Promotion, contact Entrants about the Promotion, and contact Entrants by phone and email about their renovation project, including to offer a design consultation. All Entrants consent to this by entering.

7.2Entrants who have been referred by a Plumbline retail partner consent to the Promoter sharing their name and contact details with that retail partner in connection with their project.

7.3Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy at plumbline.com/au/privacy-policy. Entrants can access, update or request deletion of their information, or opt out of marketing, by contacting hello@plumbline.au.

7.4If an Entrant does not provide the information requested, their entry may be invalid.
