Plumbline redesigned the Peet's Coffee and Tea website to work in concert with the company's offline and retail brand experience.
The website is now designed to give customers multiple opportunities to shop for products in a way that is intuitive yet rich and memorable.
By leveraging existing assets and applying core brand elements to an online merchandising environment, we provide the Peet's customer with a seamless experience of the Peet's brand.
The look and feel of the Peet's site is rich and full -- much like their coffee. In order to stand out we opted to create a website that would be unlike the stark and harsh experience found on most of today's "e-tail" websites. The result is a stronger connection between the customer and the brand.
Peet's takes special pride in its ability to educate and inform while they sell. The website contains many different areas of information that help increase the customer's understanding of coffee while presenting how Peet's is different. The brand image is further strengthened by Peet’s ability to educate and sell at the same time.
